Martinozza di Sopra is beautiful, luxurious and secluded. The house stands in its own grounds, on top of a hill, with a panorama of unspoilt Umbrian countryside.
Martinozza di Sopra was featured as a 'Dream Come True' in the UK Telegraph Property Section. It's a wonderful place for families or friends to have a special holiday. The house is constructed as a traditional Umbrian farmhouse, with thick stone walls, terracotta tiles and oak beams. The interior is spacious and luxurious, with designer contemporary fixtures and furniture.
The pool is stunning. It is a double infinity pool, from which you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the valley below. If you would like to be spoilt a little more, we can provide an excellent local chef who can cook you the occasional meal - or even cater for you full-time.
Despite its rural seclusion, the house is highly accessible. An array of the best that Umbria and Tuscany have to offer in terms of sightseeing, history and art is nearby: Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano, Arezzo, Gubbio, Sansepolcro, and Cortona are all within an hour's drive.
