Martinozza di Sopra is a beautiful and spacious, secluded house in its own grounds, on top of a hill surrounded by a panorama of the Umbrian countryside. It was featured as a 'Dream Come True' in the Telegraph Property Section. It's a wonderful place for up to eleven people to have a luxurious holiday. The house is built with traditional Italian features - exceptional stonework, oak beams and terracotta tiles. Inside it has contemporary designer fittings and furniture, and a lovely well-equipped kitchen.
The pool is stunning. It is a double infinity pool, from which you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the valley below. If you would like to be spoilt a little more, we can provide a brilliant local chef who can cook you the occasional meal - or even cater for you full-time.
Despite its rural seclusion, the house is highly accessible. An array of the best that Umbria and Tuscany have to offer in terms of sightseeing, history and art is nearby: Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano, Arezzo, Gubbio, Sansepolcro, and Cortona are all within an hour's drive.
